I spent an evening talking to the male counter part. god bless iPhone apps where talking overseas can be free ninety nine! correction: he did most of the talking. he was pitching an idea to me. more often than not i have no hesitation on telling him when i think his ideas are bat shit crazy. but this ones not too bad.

What was most awe inspiring was how enthusiastic he was when he pitched the idea. i would be so lucky if i could have that drive; that passion to be think outside the box and come up with something great. and not only to create but to stand behind it no matter what.

one of the greatest pieces of advice that i've ever learned came from that male counterpart of mine. i can't remember the situation.. i was probably crying about how i couldn't find a job and was scared i was doomed to have a career in retail for the rest of my life (no disrespect to people that do - it's just that the mall is hell on earth for me). anyways, a gift from me to you, my friends. words of wisdom that i keep very close to my heart because it's what keeps me going all day everyday.....

people ask why i don't post anymore. maybe it's because all i have on my mind is work? so there you have it. all im thinking about is work.

 i think about sales goals. i think about marketing projects. i think about sourcing. i think about how i need to stop crying at work. i think about social media and how i can make it valuable to my company. i think about my SPH. i think about my coworkers SPH. i think about how i need to have the top SPH. i think about how i need to train my new BDM. i think about how i may want to be a BDM someday. i think about leaving one of my jobs. i think about how i can expand my role. i think about how i need a raise.

 ya.. that's all that i'm thinking. #sarcasm

There's nothing that i love more than a good acapella. inquiring minds would like to know: what do you think about this show tackling mega pop stars like MJ and Whitney?
